We bought a 1978 built house in Weatherford, moved into it in Oct 2005. We have a Home Warranty Company that was part of the sale. I came home from work on a Thursday and air conditioner was not working. Called the warranty co. No one contacted me on Thurs night, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon! I called the warranty co. back and they said they would get someone from Azle. Tri county Mechanical set an appointment, then called to let us know they were on the way. There were only a few minor issues with the initial installation but when the contractor superintendent did his walk through with me, he listed those items plus identified a few himself. Then those items were corrected in a very short time span considering it is the busiest time of the year. We originally called someone else to come and they never showed up. We called again and they rescheduled and again they missed that appointment with no phone calls. We decided to try someone else. Your technician was very reliable (important word here for me) and called ahead to advise he was on his way. He was prompt and polite. We also felt like he was extremely trustworthy. Last year we called someone and all they did was try to sell us a new unit, even though the unit we have was less than 5 years old!!! He had forgotten that his company had installed it! On August 11, 2000 we called your company to service our Heat Pump as it was vibrating. We would like to tell you how appreciative we are of your serviceman, Wayne. He determined we need a new blower wheel and, as he didn’t have a new one on his truck, he told us he would come back the next morning, a Saturday, and bring the new one and install it. He told me he would be out here between 9 and 10 on Saturday morning. When he realized he was going to run late getting out here on Saturday morning, he called to let me know he would be a little late, but that he was on his way. When he got here he fixed our unit in no time at all and we were back on the “cool side” in no time. Wayne is a great asset to your company and we certainly appreciate him giving up part of his Saturday to help us. As the last few days have been some of the hottest of the summer, we wouldn’t have blamed him for not wanting to come out in it on his day off.
