Satisfaction Guarantee Tri County Mechanical's installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They will care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They will not wear shoes on your carpets, and will use protective floor coverings. They will clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home.
After the installation of your new system is completed and started by our qualified installation crew and your system has a chance to run and equalize (1 or 2 days) our senior NATE Technician will return to verify system temperatures, pressures and operation. In about a week or so your comfort adviser will schedule a return visit to perform a "Manager's Walk Through". We wait this amount of time to give you an opportunity to live with your new system and identify any rooms or areas of your home that are not as comfortable as you would like. The Manager's report contains his observations of all areas of the installation for compliance to our quality standards and your input into our installation crew's performance as well as your satisfaction with the overall comfort in your home. In the event we need to make adjustments to air flow in a particular area, we will schedule our crew to return and balance the system's distribution.
Our philosophy about new system installations:
We consider you a part of our family - Except you don't have to feed us and we sure ain't going to sleep at
your home, and we won't ask for favors, but we will take care of any system problems quickly.
We comply with Texas House Rule 705, (Section 1) Title 6; all service and installation technicians have had background checks, and they are drug-free. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, you don’t pay until you are satisfied with the results.
